Garden Estate Management was formed by Tim Lynch, Head of Tim Lynch Associates, Landscape Designers, following 20 years’ experience in managing commercial estates, retirement developments, nursing homes and gardens for clients throughout the UK.

Being a qualified designer and horticulturalist, combined with running his own design practice, has resulted in a broad and diverse range of business and garden knowledge. G.E.M is now being asked more and more by owners of private gardens and estates to oversee and supervise their grounds on a long term basis.

Tim Lynch has won numerous awards for his work, most notably 22 National Greenleaf Awards for landscape design, site supervision and most importantly management. His experience is based on organising and co-ordinating staff, through to fully ensuring that the gardens/grounds are in good condition throughout the whole year.

Such a service can equally apply to established gardens as well as new and allows busy professional people to enjoy their garden/estate yet carry on with their lifestyle/business, unhindered by day to day issues on their estate.
